•  How much does an appointment cost?  Currently we are only accepting self pay for appointments. The New Patient appointment is $300. Follow-up appointments can range from $75-$250 depending on length of the follow-up appointment. If you are a previous patient an initial appointment may not be required. You can ask for a copy of your bill which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. 
• How long is each appointment? The initial appointment is approximately 90 minutes. Follow-up appointments can range from 15-60 minutes. 
• Where do appointments take place? All appointments are virtual/telehealth at this time.  For telehealth appointments you will need a phone or computer with video capability. After scheduling an appointment you will receive information for a personal patient portal and telehealth directions. 
• We do not provide after-hour services or urgent care. For life threatening emergencies call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room. For non-life threatening needs please see the resources available in the surrounding Richmond area in the Resources section.
